INTRO TO PILATES | return top
These one-on-one sessions will introduce you to the principles of Pilates, its concepts and language. You will develop the skills needed to move into duets, trios, quads or classes.
4 sessions $200
INTRO TO REFORMER SERIES | return top
This is a 6 week series of classes, meeting one time per week on the same day. This class will introduce you to the fabulous Reformer, one of the first pieces of equipment developed my Joseph Pilates. You will get hooked on this full body workout. At the end of the 6 weeks you will have the skills necessary to move to the next level in Reformer exercises. There is a maximum of four people in this class.
6 sessions $150
PRIVATE SESSIONS | return top
One-on-one instruction primarily on the Equipment, but incorporating the Mat also. This is the most effective form of instruction: privates are highly recommended for anyone wishing to move into group classes.
Single Session $65.00 Single session using CAMP account $60.00
DUET SESSION | return top
Two people – one instructor. All equipment is used including the Mat. It is highly recommended people find their own partners of equal fitness level.
Single session $45 per person. $40 when using CAMP account.
TRIO SESSION | return top
Three people – one instructor. Trios are primarily on Reformers and Tower Mat. It is highly recommended people find their own partners of equal fitness level.
Single Session $35.00 per person, $30 when using CAMP account.
QUAD SESSION | return top
Four people-one instructor. Quads are on the Reformers and Tower Mat. Find another 3 workout buddies and put a group together, on your schedule.
Single Session $30.00 per person. $25.00 when using CAMP account.
TOWER/MAT CLASS | return top
This is a full 40-45 min mat class, some say is the most challenging Pilates workout as it is just you and gravity. This is then followed by spring resistant or assisted work on the wall Tower units.
Single Class $18 Class costs $15 with the purchase of an 8 class card
for $120.
