INTRO PACKAGE
These one-on-one sessions will introduce you to the principles of Pilates, its concepts and language. You will develop the skills needed to continue with privates or move in to classes.All new clients will need to go through these sessions before joining a class
3 Intro PRIVATES $195
DUET (workout with a friend) 4 sessions $180 per person
Private Sessions
One-on-one instruction. This is the most effective form of instruction: privates are highly recommended for anyone wishing to move into group classes.
All packages ,privates/classes are non-refundable and expire in 3 months
