Core and More Pilates is dedicated to preserving the integrity of the original Pilates Method as developed by Joseph H. Pilates. It is our goal to bring about positive change to each individual through a more balanced, optimally functioning body in a fun, upbeat, creative environment.
Pilates has been a perfect accompaniment to my running and strength program. My stronger core has improved my posture and increased my flexibility, I love it!
Since starting Pilates, I have not felt so strong in years. I stand straighter, walk taller and have more energy.
